Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or booking our services.
1. Booking Policy
- Bookings can be made online through our website or by contacting our reservation team.
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected package.
- Guests must provide valid ID proof at the time of check-in.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or no-shows: No refund.
Note: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
4. Resort Rules
- Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
- Alcohol or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved.
- Guests are requested to maintain peace and respect the natural surroundings.
5. Liability
- Yamunotri Heli Resort is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
- We are also not liable for delays or cancellations caused due to natural disasters, roadblocks, or helicopter service issues.
6. Use of Helicopter Services
- Helicopter services are subject to weather and availability.
- Delays or cancellations due to bad weather are beyond our control.
- In case of cancellations from the aviation company, the refund (if any) will be as per their policies.
7. Changes to Booking
- Any change in date, number of guests, or stay duration must be informed in advance.
- Additional charges may apply depending on the changes.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared during the booking or stay process is kept confidential and will not be shared without your consent.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand.
